AFTAS MOROCCO – TERMS & CONDITIONS Last Updated: June 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern all reservations and stays at Aftas Morocco properties. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to comply with the following terms. 1. Reservation and Payment A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before or upon check-in. Aftas Morocco reserves the right to cancel reservations that remain unpaid. 2. Guest Identification All guests must provide a valid passport, national identity card, or other government-issued identification upon check-in. In accordance with Moroccan regulations, guest information may be submitted to the relevant authorities. 3. Occupancy Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may occupy the property. Additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized occupancy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. 4. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 5. Security Deposit Aftas Morocco reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit before or upon arrival. The deposit may be used to cover damages, excessive cleaning costs, missing items, or violations of these terms. 6. Guest Responsibilities Guests agree to: Respect the property and its contents. Keep the accommodation in a clean and reasonable condition. Respect neighbors and local community standards. Follow all house rules provided at the property. 7. Damage and Loss Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The cost of repair, replacement, or professional cleaning may be charged to the guest. Any damage should be reported immediately. 8. Prohibited Activities The following are strictly prohibited: Parties, events, or gatherings without prior authorization. Illegal activities, including the use of prohibited substances. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior. Smoking inside the property unless specifically authorized. Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund. 9. Cancellation Policy Cancellation terms are determined by the rate and booking platform used. Any refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking. Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for refunds except where required by law. 10. Force Majeure Aftas Morocco shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide accommodation due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or utility failures. 11. Liability Guests use the property and facilities at their own risk. Aftas Morocco shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury suffered by guests except where caused by proven negligence. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. 12. Right to Refuse Service Aftas Morocco reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay if a guest: Violates these Terms and Conditions. Engages in unlawful, abusive, or dangerous conduct. Causes disturbance to other guests, neighbors, or staff. 13. Privacy Personal information collected during booking and check-in will be used solely for reservation management, legal compliance, and guest communication, in accordance with applicable Moroccan laws. 14. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
