Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aftas Morocco, all reservations require a deposit to secure the booking. By making a reservation, guests agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.

Deposit Policy

  • A deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
  • The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
  • Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

Non-Refundable Deposits

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained by Aftas Morocco.
  • No exceptions will be made for personal reasons, flight cancellations, visa issues, weather conditions, travel disruptions, illness, or changes in travel plans.

Cancellation by Guest

  • Guests may cancel their reservation at any time; however, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
  • If a guest cancels within 14 days of arrival, Aftas Morocco reserves the right to charge the full remaining balance of the reservation.
  • No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and may be charged the remaining balance of the reservation.

Early Departure

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights, late arrivals, or early departures.

Reservation Modifications

  • Requests to change dates are subject to availability and management approval.
  • Approved date changes may be subject to rate differences and administrative fees.
  • Aftas Morocco is under no obligation to approve modification requests.

Force Majeure

Aftas Morocco shall not be liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, utility failures, or adverse weather conditions.

Acceptance

By paying the deposit and confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
