Respect the Property Please treat the apartment and its contents with care. Any damage or missing items may result in additional charges. Do not move furniture without permission. Noise Policy Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and avoid excessive noise, parties, or loud music. Visitors Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional visitors must be approved by the host in advance. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee may apply if smoking occurs indoors. Pets Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon before arrival. Safety Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when not in use. Report any maintenance issues immediately. Cleanliness Please keep the apartment reasonably clean during your stay. Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins. Wash dishes before check-out. Illegal Activities Illegal activities, drug use, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Lost Keys Guests are responsible for keys provided during their stay. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
